**Job Summary**
- Experienced Residential Pool Technician required, offering well above award wages with monthly cash bonuses for servicing in the Geelong, Surf Coast and Bellarine areas.
- We are seeking three technicians who have more than two years' experience with pool cleaning, chemical balance and new equipment installs.
- Must have a drivers license, be able to drive to and from Grovedale, have good written and verbal English skills as well as lots of life experience.

**As a Pool Technician, here's what you'll achieve**:

- Working independently to deliver healthy pools, with the right equipment to all our clients
- Receive cash bonuses for working as a team to achieve monthly goals
- Repair common pool equipment issues such as pumps, filters, and chlorinators.
- Deliver friendly, professional service while educating clients on pool care.
- Accurately log job details and water test results using our mobile service app.
- Work independently while building strong relationships with regular clients.

**What You'll Bring**
- You'll need a current unrestricted drivers licence (car & phone provided).
- You'll also need to consent to a police clearance check if you don't have one already.
- Physical capability to lift and carry equipment up to 25kg
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Demonstrated experience with water chemistry and pool balance testing
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing pool equipment including pumps, filters, and chlorinators
- Must have permanent right to work in Australia
- Must be willing to work in Geelong, Surf Coast and Bellarine areas
