We are seeking a dedicated full-time Tile Remediation Technician to join our team in Geelong. This role involves inspecting, repairing, and restoring tile surfaces across residential, commercial, and industrial environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tiling and the ability to deliver high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities –

· Diagnose and repair damaged or faulty tiles efficiently, remove and replace tiles as required

· Prepare surfaces and apply adhesives and grout with precision

· Address water damage, mould, and grout deterioration effectively

· Match replacement tiles to existing patterns and colours

· Adhere to all relevant health and safety standards and procedures

· Ability to maintain accurate job records

Essential Qualifications and Skills –

· Proven experience in tiling is essential

· Relevant diploma-level qualification or higher in a related field

· A Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

· Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

· Physical fitness to perform manual labour tasks

· A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

· Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients

· A demonstrated proficiency of working with epoxy grout materials

Renumeration - Salary range: $70,000 to $80,000 per annum (excluding superannuation)
