You will deliver the lasting impression of quality and service to our customers, actioning a daily plan of service and warranty calls within Victoria.
Positions available based out of Rowville or Geelong for immediate start.You will be a self-motivated professional who can demonstrate the ability to:Call customers to confirm scheduled time and accessAction daily runs driving to customer sites to meet agreed timelinesCarry out service, measure, rework, refit, removal, reinstall products and partsTrouble shoot technical issues for resolutionMaintain professional presentation of self, tools, and vehicleCollection of COD balances where requiredWill work as part of a small crewYOUR CAPABILITIES:To be successful in the role, you will also be able to demonstrate:Previous window and door servicing experience an advantageProfessional service, presentation, and communication with customersHigh standard of workmanshipProficient use of hand tools, levels, and tape measureProblem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to investigate faults, rectification and fix in a timely and efficient mannerFollow safe and compliance work practicesConstruction white cardCarpentry, glazier, joinery, or similar industry experience highly regardedIf this sounds like you then APPLY now
