**Selection Criteria**:
1. Approval to teach students with learning and support needs (primary) and/or experience teaching students with learning and support needs in regular classes in an innovative K-12 school context aligned with the vision to make school better for every student every day. Capacity to provide specialist assistance to students in regular classes with additional learning and support needs and their teachers.

2. High level of emotional intelligence and ability to proactively engage in a rapidly changing learning environment with knowledge and experience in accessing a range of resources, agencies and Department of Education systems to support students with increasingly complex learning needs.

3. Outstanding interpersonal skills to take a proactive role in the school wellbeing structure and collaboratively support teacher growth in the provision of targeted, enhanced learning opportunities to students in regular K- 12 classes with a diverse range of learning and support needs.

4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to seek and value collaborative engagement with educators, specialists and parents to ensure holistic planning and support to encourage all students to thrive.
