Teachers are required to work one-to-one with students who have specific learning difficulties such as dyslexia, dysgraphia, ADHD, ASD etc.

You have completed tertiary training as a teacher and have experience / training in working with children with special needs.

You will create individualised learning plans for your students.

You have experience in using structured synthetic phonic programmes to teacher children with reading and spelling difficulties (eg, MultiLit, Orton Gilliangham, MSL trained etc).

You are able to construct individualised programmes for children with a wide range of difficulties in literacy (and numeracy).

There are opportunities to work with children on weekday afternoons.

Only trained teachers with special education experience need to apply.

Work as a member of a team of highly skilled teachers and Psychologists.

Note: this is a contract position
