Drive Business Growth as a Strategic Leader
We are seeking an accomplished Business Development Director to spearhead our company's growth strategy. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing plans to drive revenue growth, identify new business opportunities, and foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in alignment with corporate growth strategy
Cultivate and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads, from initial contact through to contract execution
Expand business within existing accounts by identifying unmet client needs and proposing appropriate solutions
Establish and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers, including C-level executives, clinical operations leaders, and procurement teams
Maintain high visibility and regular contact with clients to monitor satisfaction and anticipate future needs
Requirements:
Deep knowledge of clinical trial operations and experience in navigating complex client organisations
Ability to develop and maintain outstanding relationships with clients and potential clients along with key stakeholders across our business
Proven track record of driving business growth and increasing revenue
