Australian Islamic College is a faith-based K-12 co-educational facility catering for over 4,000 students from four sites at Thornlie, Dianella and Kewdale in WA and Adelaide in SA.

We are seeking a Primary School Teacher at Kewdale Campus for an **immediate start**.

If you are a registered teacher who can demonstrate a passion for teaching while also exhibiting perseverance when working with a diverse range of students, we would love to hear from you.

**Applicants must provide proof of**:

- Relevant teacher qualification
- TRBWA teacher registration
- WWCC clearance or ability to obtain
- Names and contact details for two work-related referees
- Proof of right to work in Australia
- ** Strength in literacy and numeracy**:

- Teaching experience (if applicable)
- Capacity to initiate improvement in teaching, learning and classroom practices.
- Knowledge of curriculum, assessment and student welfare with the ability to lead and design quality, inclusive teaching and learning programs.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to build relationships to positively engage students, staff and parents.
- Ability to plan and manage resources effectively and equitably to support teaching and learning.
- Respect for Islamic Values and Ethos.
