**Your new role**

As the Lead Reporting and Performance Analytics, you'll be responsible for driving performance excellence across various business functions. Your key responsibilities include:

- Analyse and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise processes and enhance overall performance.
- Leverage advanced analytics techniques to extract actionable insights from large datasets. Translate complex findings into clear recommendations for business stakeholders.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance. Implement dashboards and reporting mechanisms to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with business leaders, product managers, and other stakeholders to align data strategies with organisational goals.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To excel in this role, you should possess:

- Proven experience in performance analysis, data analytics, or related fields. Demonstrated ability to drive business outcomes through data-driven insights.
- Proficiency in data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), statistical analysis (Python, R), and SQL. Familiarity with machine learning techniques is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Experience managing projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- A deep understanding of business operations, KPIs, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
