Job Description
We are seeking an experienced software engineer to lead our development team in creating a scalable and reliable platform.
The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding a small team, owning the technical architecture, and driving the full development lifecycle.
This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with various teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
6+ years of software development experience in fast-paced environments
Strong full-stack skills: ReactJS, Node.js, SQL (Postgres or MySQL), REST APIs, cloud-native architecture (ideally AWS)
Experience with infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, version control, and devops workflows
Previous leadership experience (formal or informal), ideally in a startup or scale-up
Clear communication and product intuition — ability to translate business needs into elegant tech solutions
