The role of the Relationship Manager - Major Oil Co's - Asia Pacific is to be a key Relationship point of contact for our Major Oil partners in region in relation to:
- Supporting the Head of Major Oil Co Relationships - Asia Pac to provide the ongoing commercial support to our strategic Oil Co partners ensuring growth and opportunities are realised.- Providing direction and guidance from a commercial perspective to our internal teams supporting the Oil Co's (Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Finance and Legal)- Providing best practice in approach to ensure WEX is partner of choice

It is essential that the individual understands the competitive environment of the allocated portfolio and ensure delivery of best practice when it comes to implementing new products and services, improving operational processes and procedures as well as identifying areas of improvement and resolving issues.

The Role and Responsibilities- Deliver the commercial results expected of the role- Ensure a deep understanding of the client's business is maintained whilst WEX's opportunities are being leveraged- Identify opportunities and provide direction on development and implementation of suitable solutions- Identify and lead the Business Development activities in relation to opportunities with Major Oils in the APAC region- Provide oversight and direction for resolution of client issues as appropriate to ensure they are handled professionally and in the best interests of WEX.- Identification and implementation of business improvements that are commercially beneficial to WEX and our clients- Develop consistency in approach across clients and WEX's business units to reduce complexity and increase satisfaction- Work collaboratively to ensure the allocated portfolio's key stakeholders are advocates for WEX and promote and sell WEX products and services to their clients and prospects- Internal stakeholder management to seek agreement and buy in to support customer requirements- Provision of detailed reporting and metrics on client performance, at regular intervals and on an adhoc basis.- Maintain internal knowledge base to ensure information is up to date, all team members are using standard templates, customer comms etc. for consistency.

Knowledge, Skills and Personal attributes- Minimum 7 years' experience in managing very large strategic accounts- Strategic growth mindset- Proven experience in meeting KPIs and excellence in client service- Ability to establish a "trusted partner" relationship with clients- Ability to work cross functionally with internal stakeholders to deliver the requirements of the customer and identify areas of growth- Highly competent and confident in group and individual presentations- Ability to work independently and autonomously- Strong leadership and mentoring skills- Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise effectively across all levels both internally and with partners
