Our team works across Victoria, NSW, South Australia, and Queensland.
Due to projected increase in build volumes, we are seeking a self-motivated and experienced Project Coordinator based in our Mount Waverley Head Office, supporting projects throughout all Eastern regions of Australia.
Reporting to the Client Delivery Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Managing the complete experience through the construction process with updates to clients, site, and developers.
Some pre-site stage involvement may be required.
Managing claims and financial aspects of projects.
Supporting the Project and Construction team by acquiring, distributing, and coordinating information during the construction phase.
Delivering highly productive and efficient projects through workflow management.
Adhering to established project and cost management strategies.
Preparing for and handling handover and quality assurance for each lot.
Building a customer-focused process to deliver high service levels.

The successful candidate will have:
Substantial experience (5+ years) in the development building industry, covering both pre-site and construction phases.
A thorough understanding of building regulations, contracts, and administration procedures.
Experience in Project Management, particularly with Microsoft Project (MPP).
Experience in Claims and Financial Management.
Qualifications in Construction Management or a related construction field are advantageous.
Strong program management skills, especially in MS Projects.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills, particularly with clients, sites, and developers.
