We are recruiting for two exceptional leaders to step into the role of Team Leader in our Theatre Recovery Ward.
This is a permanent full-time role that offers an opportunity to support the smooth running of theatre operations while leading and motivating a dedicated team of theatre assistants.
Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the theatre recovery ward team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality patient care.
Supervise and coordinate the front-of-house team to deliver excellent patient care.
Requirements
Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months.
Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases, depending on the role.
Minimum 4 years experience.
Demonstrated experience in a management role.
Remuneration
$32.22 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
