We are looking to grow our Assembly team.
At this current time, we have a Full-Time position for a System Assembler (Monday – Friday 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM), which holds amazing opportunities for the right candidate.Do you think you could assist us in some or all of the following?
Communication with ease.
The ability to interact with your fellow teammates, leaders and anybody else involved in the process chain of your daily duties and responsibilities.
Be able to converse freely to discuss solutions and new ideas without hesitationBuilding computers.
This is not a typical assembly role.
The systems we build are designed for all purposes of applications, and in most instances, they are utilized daily for work and personal usage.
The products we build require meticulous attention and require a high degree of detail to be completed to the highest standards.
Our system assembler role has its primary duties of course but all staff at our facility are exposed to multiple affiliated duties.
We cross train our team so that they can, when required, assist outside of their primary role.Whilst we have some expectations of previous experience, all the skills required are taught as part of your employment at our organization.
Primarily the position requires someone with a keen interest in technology.
Even though the skills required will be acquired as part of your training, it is beneficial for you to have some fundamental understanding or interests.
Skills could come from the following experiences (but not all are necessary): An understanding or interest in how PC's work, both hardware and software.
Repairing or rebuilding PC's as a hobby would be an immediate advantage Have built your own PC, with custom cooling, RGB lighting, superb cable management, bonus if you modified the case, cooler or cable lengths and overclocked your system.
When assembling components, you are familiar with specifications of those components, and how they fit, rather than just estimating or guessing.
You have dabbled with multiple operating systems, especially Windows and are familiar with the OS updates.
To be great at solving problems, troubleshooting, and technical issues.Responsibilities:Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Assembly of mechanical and electronic parts Configuring assemblies using present / given instruction set and achieving ordained KPI's Inspect all components prebuild and post build.
Everyday housekeeping tasks, such as keeping the facility and your area clean and tidy, not to mention your work area Carefully follow processes and procedures according to company policies and guidelines Report on issues, processes, and procedures, giving feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement.
Be performance oriented and achieve performance targets and maintain superb quality output.
To have a good attitude to learn and develop new skills in assembly and troubleshooting
