Primary Functions:

- General fitting work for company product assembly and repair.
- General Machining.
- To tear down and report on failed products.
- To assemble pump assemblies per instructions, verbal and written.
- Testing of products.
- Painting of products.
- To be responsible for quality awareness and assemble of items to high-quality standards.
- To follow all OHS guidelines and procedures.
- To assist as requested, warehouse staff to assemble, pack and dispatch new and failed products through reliable dispatch of orders to meet customer demands and expectations.

Responsiblities / Accountablitlies:

- To assemble via fitting work the quality assembly and readiness of pumps, motors, drives, and controls for dispatch to our customers.
- To offer comments on low stock, assemble, or procedure issues for continuous improvement.
- To work within the warehouse in a safe, tidy, and efficient manner and to address OHS issues.
- To provide ideas and systems to management that will enable the company to meet its key factors of success and objectives of quality, Availability, service, and innovation to stimulate greater effort in meeting customer needs and expectations.
- Any duties that fall within day to day operation of the company as requested.
