We are currently seeking a Casual Medical Receptionist to join our team at Essendon Family Medical Clinic for Monday and Tuesday. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional service to our patients. As a Medical Receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic, providing support to both patients and healthcare professionals. Your responsibilities will include direct communication with General Practitioners, Nurses, and Practice Managers, as well as managing administrative tasks to uphold our commitment to delivering comprehensive primary care services to individuals and families.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist, 2 years and previous experience with ZedMed (preferred).
- Strong IT skills and computer competency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based healthcare environment
- Dedication to providing high-quality patient care
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment

**Working Hours**:
**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Medical receptionist: 2 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
