We are seeking an experienced **Used Vehicle Sales Consultant** to join our **Mercedes-Benz** sales team working from our **Chatswood location**. The successful applicant will have a positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.

**About the role**:

- Liaise with customers to assist with used vehicle enquiries
- Be willing to learn about all aspects of the Mercedes Benz sales process
- Understanding customer needs and providing options and solutions to those needs
- Ensuring a follow-up system is in place that encourages repeat business and generates leads
- Maintaining current knowledge regarding the full range of Mercedes Benz vehicles, products, and services as well as our competitor's products
- Assist customers with test drives
- Full unrestricted work rights in Australia
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proven experience in a similar role selling luxury vehicles
- Good computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Be able to work in a team environment
- An Australian drivers licence
