We are seeking a scrum master to join a high-impact delivery team driving enterprise-level transformation initiatives. As a Scrum Master, you will champion Agile principles, facilitate continuous delivery, and empower teams to perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Proactively identify and remove impediments to enable seamless delivery
- Coach and mentor cross-functional teams in Agile best practices and frameworks
- Monitor sprint progress, manage risks, and ensure alignment with delivery timelines
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring clarity and visibility across the project lifecycle

Must-Have Skills

- Strong Agile/Scrum expertise with deep understanding of Agile principles
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Proven problem-solving capabilities in complex, fast-paced delivery environments

Preferred Experience

- 10+ years working in Agile delivery roles
- Experience within large-scale enterprise or regulated environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and team leadership
