What role will you play?

As a Scrum Master, you will enhance the Squad's performance, foster collaboration, and ensure high-quality outcomes by managing Agile processes, facilitating ceremonies, and driving continuous improvement. Using your expertise in Agile principles, cyber security concepts, and risk management, you will coach team members, manage dependencies, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions. By promoting psychological safety, protecting the Squad from distractions, and maintaining a healthy backlog, you will empower the team to achieve exceptional results.

What You Offer

• 4+ years' experience in a Scrum Master role
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and mentoring skills
• Proven ability to manage conflicts, build strong relationships, and influence stakeholders effectively
• A commitment to fostering a healthy, safe environment that promotes innovation and effective risk management.
