We are seeking seasonal ambassadors to support our car park, concierge and valet services during the festive season.

Friendly and reliable team members who genuinely enjoy creating positive experiences are ideal candidates for this role.

As a Concierge Attendant, you will be the welcoming face of our centre and play a key role in creating memorable moments that leave a lasting impression and keep customers coming back.

Your duties may include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Welcome guests at the concierge desk and assist with their needs
  • Provide directions, information, and helpful solutions to enhance the customer experience
  • Promote and sell gift cards and other services

You will:

  • Go above and beyond to enhance the customer experience
  • Feel confident assisting customers in a fast-paced retail setting
  • Be available for shifts from September to February

This is a seasonal casual opportunity to be part of the festive season across our destinations.
