**NZ Agent Support Specialist**

North Ryde (NSW), Australia | req11322

**What you will enjoy doing**
- In this role, you will be responsible for providing service, sales and operational support to BOC's national Gas Agent channel
- As well as providing inbound phone support of varying complexity for our agent network for a range of operational, technical, customer and systems issues
- You will be also working with other team members to introduce strategies to drive up service levels and improve centre operations
- Additionally, you will provide training and guidance for agents in various systems and processes as well as administration support activities
- Moreover, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the relationship that our Gas Agents have with BOC, acting as a single point of resolution for all matters relating our agents and their customers

- Negotiation and conflict management skills are required for this role
