Pacific English Study is located in the heart of Surfers Paradise on the Gold Coast. We are a high energy, fun-loving ELICOS school with a strong focus on high-quality English Language educational outcomes.

We are looking for an energetic and process driven team player who has previous working experience in processing ELICOS international student enrolments.

**Responsibilities**
- Can process international student enrolments in a timely manner.
- Can process Confirmed Offer of Enrolment, Letters of Offer documentation, and other enrolment documentation in short timeframes.
- Be proactive in responding to agent/student queries.
- Build and maintain great relationships with our agent partners.
- Attend f2f agent meetings and local networking events.
- Identify and propose internal/external ideas and initiatives to help promote general awareness of company brand.

**Qualifications**
- At least 1- 2 years' experience in international student enrolment role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Previous experience in processing Confirmed Offer of Enrolment, Letters of Offer documentation, and using the PRISM platform
- High level of attention to detail

Note that the position requires a very high level of attention to detail.

**Salary**: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
