We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Enrolment Officer.

About the Role

Pacific English Study is a high-energy ELICOS school with a focus on quality English Language education in Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast. As an Enrolment Officer, you will play a crucial role in processing international student enrolments efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process international student enrolments promptly and accurately.
  • Handle Confirmed Offer of Enrolment, Letters of Offer documentation, and other enrolment documents within tight deadlines.
  • Respond proactively to agent and student queries, building strong relationships with our partner agents.
  • Attend face-to-face agent meetings and local networking events to promote our brand.

Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years' experience in international student enrolment roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Previous experience with PRISM platform and processing Confirmed Offer of Enrolment, Letters of Offer documentation.

This role demands a very high level of attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
