**About the Role**:
We are looking for a passionate **Exercise Specialist / Membership Experience Consultant** to join our dynamic team. This role involves working in all areas of our Centre, including reception, membership sales, gym floor supervision, and creating personalised exercise programmes for our members.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with members on the gym floor, providing professional, balanced, and personalised fitness advice, supervision, and support.
- Develop and administer individual fitness assessments and exercise programmes.
- Maintain the safety, cleanliness, and hygiene of the fitness centre and equipment.
- Provide up-to-date information on fitness centre services, promotions, and membership options.
- Assist with the opening and closing of the Centre, as well as administrative tasks related to member documentation and promotions.

- Relevant qualifications in Fitness, current Fitness Australia/FITREC registration, and appropriate insurances.
- A genuine passion for fitness and a desire to help and motivate others.
- Experience in gym supervision, customer service, and member engagement.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, early mornings, and nights.
- Working With Children Check.
