**About the program**:
**Our Site Supervisor Cadet program aims to develop the construction Site Manager of the future by providing you with the opportunity to explore every facet of a construction business. Over the course of the 18-month program, you will be given time in all key departments of the business such as, Business Development, Design, Finance, Project Management, Safety and Site Management. You will receive real-world exposure to industrial construction on live projects via a combination of time spent at head office and on site and access to supportive mentors and internal/external training programs.**

**Requirements**:

- **Atleast 1 year of previous experience in an on-site role will be very highly regarded**
- **Trade experience highly regarded, especially Carpentry or Plumbing**
- **Completed or currently completing a Cert. IV or Diploma in Building & Constructionn**
- **A high degree of integrity and a team player**
- **A positive attitude, enthusiasm, high-enegy and a willingness to learn**
- **Capable and willing to assist with the physical demands of a site based role**
- **Confident and effective communicator**
- **A valid Driver's License**
