The program includes completing core disciplines and achieving learning outcomes in areas such as Engineering, Design, Contracts Administration, Estimating, and Site Supervision.Benefits:One paid study day per weekPaid exam and study timeDevelopment activitiesNetworking with expertsKnowledge sharing opportunitiesMentoringPromotion prospects after completionEligibility:Students in their second last or last year of a construction, engineering, quantity surveying, building design, or related qualificationAustralian/NZ Citizenship or Permanent ResidencyCredit Grade AverageAvailability to start a 4-day work week (with 1 day study) in February 2026Application Process:Register your Expression of Interest.
The formal recruitment begins in September 2026, with successful cadets starting in February 2026.
