**Job Description**:
As the Business Intelligence Specialist, you will be tasked with providing leadership for and implementing the development, enhancement, and utilization of data-driven solutions specific to the Agriculture business segment to strive towards "best-in-class".

**Your responsibilities include**:
- The continuous evolution of our data strategy by keeping the pulse on current technology and methodology and by effectively utilizing consulting partners when necessary to achieve new functionality.
- Taking ownership of the data, analytics, and reporting to empower business segments to build strategies. Ensure data integrity across all performance-based metrics, tracking, and reporting.
- Collaborating with IT and Business Owners to coordinate and manage multiple complex data sources and deliver BI tools to support the business using standardized methodologies, definitions, processes, and technologies.
- Working closely with stakeholders at all levels and cross-functional departments to identify and prioritize ongoing technology and process improvements as well as supporting projects, needs assessments, and technology platform implementations.
- Working with a variety of reporting tools and discrete databases to extract relevant information for business metrics models.
- Interpreting and communicating information in a manner that can be comprehended by a non-analytical audience.
- Providing training in the use of any / all platforms deployed in the communication of dissemination of reports.
- Providing analysis of the performance of the business, determining reasons for the gap between plan and actual, while flagging trends and issues where relevant.
- Conducting market research, including finding information from internal stakeholders as well as industry experts and associations.
- Evaluating market demographics, and competitor distribution channels and ensuring the availability of accurate, timely, and relevant analysis of operational results.
- Drive the development of tools to digitalize the Sales Management Process: communicate targets, capture opportunities, and track progress vs. actuals and opportunities
- Develop a common platform to evaluate dealer quality, and track key actions and commitments.
**To be successful in this role, it is preferred you have**:
- A graduate qualification in Data Science, IT, Business, or any computer-related discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years experience developing and deploying BI reporting solutions, preferably with Power BI and/or Qlik Sense.
- Advanced computer software skills in MS Office suite.
- Demonstrated competency in understanding the complexity of interfaces with multiple database sources and the ability to perform data validation.
- Be familiar with advanced statistical analysis and research methodologies with strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Experience within Capital goods manufacturing / OEM is an advantage
- Strong presentation and communication skills
