Executive Assistant
YOUR NEW COMPANY
Your new company is an ASX-listed company based in Mascot. This role requires a highly skilled, senior EA to join their busy team to support the CEO and HR team. You will need board experience as well as previous experience in a similar role.
YOUR NEW ROLE
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Diary management
Preparing expense claims
Filing of business correspondence and confidential documents
Arrangement of travel, meetings and conferences both domestically and internationally
Extensive word processing/typing/dictation
Assisting the HR team
Providing general admin support as required
Assist with the upkeep of the company intranet page
Coordination of Board, Board Committee meetings, Annual General Meetings
Formatting and compiling reports, Board papers and Board Committee papers
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experience in a similar EA role
Board experience
Previous experience supporting a CEO or HR team
Strong leadership skills
Ability to collaborate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to implement new processes
Advanced word and excel skills
