Regional Facilities Manager

A regional role that involves site travel across Western suburbs. This position requires a minimum of 2 days in office (CBD) and 1 day working from home.

The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of circa 10 industrial properties located in the Western Suburbs. Regular site visits, maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and tenants, and ensuring compliance with HSE and maintenance standards are key aspects of this role.

This job involves managing all preventative/programmed maintenance, reactive maintenance, and compliance of sites. Utilizing required systems including My Buildings, NEXUS, MRI, and Microsoft is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all site maintenance activities.
  • Utilize required systems to ensure efficient operations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and tenants.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE and maintenance standards.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Driven and passionate about facilities management.
  • Experience managing a multi-site portfolio.
  • Ability to commute to CBD office a minimum of twice per week.
  • Natural ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors and tenants.
  • Strong HSE and maintenance compliance experience.
