Play a pivotal role in providing exceptional retail service to our customersOpportunity to develop and have a great impact on a growing companyWork at one of Australia's leaders in AgribusinessAbout the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an individual with proven customer service skills within retail and/or warehousing environment.Your main responsibilities will include:Building excellent customer relationshipsGeneral duties supporting the branch in the day-to-day operations, such as:In store first point of contact for retail sales and enquiriesReceiving and storing of incoming goodsOrder processing including point of sale and invoicingPicking and packing of outgoing goods to customers and store transfersGeneral merchandising and stock presentationAssisting with stock control including inventory monitoring and stocktakesChampioning safety and compliance requirementsWorking as part of a team to achieve resultsThe ability to do small pump repairs would be advantageous.About YouYou will have experience working in a retail sales and/or warehouse environment.
Ideally you will have a car license and/or a forklift license (or willingness and ability to obtain).
It would be advantageous to have irrigation experience with a good knowledge of pipe types/sizes, applications, and fittings.
Experience in or ability to learn how to make recommendations for irrigation parts and pumps for various uses such as household, dams, water transfer/bores and rivers, would also be advantageous.Other skills and experiences will include Point of Sale transactions, written and verbal communication skills, inventory/stock control, use of forklift, time management, problem solving skills and effective interpersonal skills.Don't have all the education or experience above?
