Your New Role
The Canteen Assistant is responsible to the Canteen Supervisor, Principal and Business Manager.
Ideally, the successful applicant will hold Food Handling certification and demonstrate strong customer services skills and interpersonal skills that align with the school vision.
What We Can Offer
Temporary, Part-Time Position
Commencement ASAP - 19 December 2025
6 Hours Per Week
Work Schedule: Thursday 10.30am-1.30pm and Friday 10.30am-1.30pm

Salary: Level 3 $32.10 per hour - Averaged (term-time only)
Selection Criteria
Can demonstrate strong food safety knowledge
Effective customer service skills
Experience with food preparation
Has current Working With Children Check and National Police Check.
Can demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal abilities,
Possesses the capacity to work successfully in a team,
Demonstrates effective organisational skills
Willingness to undertake additional training as required
NSW Working with Children Check
Successful Candidate to undertake a National Criminal History Check and a functional assessment
