We're currently seeking two Packing Operators to join our team in Leeton:
1 x Full-Time Permanent Role
1 x Permanent Fixed-Term Contract (Maternity Leave Cover until 15 May 2026)
About The Role
As a Packing Operator, you'll play a key role in the packaging of finished goods, ensuring production targets are met safely and efficiently.
You'll be part of a close-knit team of five, working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Operate packaging equipment and manually seal bags
Lift bags weighing up to 20kg
Ensure batch numbers are correctly printed and bags are sealed properly
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Perform repetitive tasks with precision and consistency

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work effectively in a team
Physically fit and capable of manual handling
Reliable and safety-conscious
Shift Details
Monday to Friday
Rotating shifts:
Day: 6:00am – 2:00pm
Afternoon: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
