This hybrid farming and hunting role reports to Fractal's ANZ Regional Head. As the Account Executive, you will be a big part of our growth journey as we expand exponentially in ANZ Region.
What You will Do:
- You will have a small number of client relationships to manage and grow and a larger number of key prospects (Must Win Clients) to prospect and convert to clients (while managing and growing your client portfolio)
- Develop and close new opportunities, renewals, whilst maintaining strong customer relations in line with Fractal's unique propositions
- Build and manage an effective sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
- Bring insights and experience in areas such as Analytics, Data and Cloud Engineering, Business intelligence and digital transformation
- Lead the collaboration between onshore and offshore technical and non-technical teams to support the realisation of business opportunities
- Initiate solution conversations, programs, and resources across the region to deliver all outcomes for your defined portfolio and opportunities
- Manage CXO relations at your clients and Generate C-level leads through professional networking and conducting telephone-based, face-face, or virtual sales meetings
- Convert opportunities through consultative selling, manage the full negotiation and close process, and handle the transition of these projects to the respective Engagement Managers
- Work with the Fractal's consulting and capabilities team to selling and grow the footprint and demonstrate commercial agility and acuity for effectively articulating the Fractals' value proposition and diagnosing the prospective client's business needs and problems
- Work with consulting, staffing, hiring teams to forecast and manage people demands.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in services and consulting sales and knowledge of delivery and execution
- Demonstrated ability to lead, win and successfully deliver manage services engagements
- Proven experience developing deep client relationships and drive the advisory and analytics agenda
- Great negotiation skills and opportunity management experience
- Ability to work across different service lines to add value to client conversations
- Experience selling/working with Data Analytics, AIML, Data Engineering Services will be nice to have
- Experience with revenue responsibility and deep understanding of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial goals
- Deep understanding of managing and forecasting a complex sale process
- Strong interpersonal skills: can quickly build rapport and deliver compelling, persuasive arguments to an executive-level audience
- Solid understanding of business concepts & dynamics for large national and international corporations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
