Job Overview
This role entails designing, developing and implementing Salesforce solutions using declarative tools like Flow, Process Builder, and Formulas. It also includes programmatic tools such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Business Analysts and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions using Agile methodologies.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues ensuring high system performance and reliability.
Develop application and technical design documentation following Salesforce best practices.
Negotiate solutions with internal teams and third-party partners.
Research and recommend new Salesforce features to enhance system capabilities.
Mentor team members and review code to ensure quality, maintainability and adherence to best practices.
Requirements:
Certifications: Platform Developer I & II, Platform App Builder (mandatory); Integration Architecture Designer and Sharing & Visibility Designer (desirable).
Experience:
Minimum 10 years of CRM development experience including 4+ years hands-on Salesforce development.
Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture administration and best practices.
Experience in medium to large Salesforce Orgs post-production managed services and DevOps environments.
