**The Opportunity**

We are currently looking for **skilled Product Support Advisors** to join our team based at an **FMG** site**.**

**The Roster**

8/6, 12-hour day shift FIFO from Perth

**Skills and Duties**:

- Monitoring onsite Liebherr equipment with particular focus on recommending corrective remedies to sustain / improve equipment condition and performance
- Identify potential risks associated with inventory levels, considering equipment age, operations factors and maintenance,
- Assisting with and conducting diagnostics evaluation of equipment failures and product faults

**Qualification and Experience**:

- Liebherr OHT experience essential
- Mobile Plant Mechanic trade or equivalent trade with Hydraulics and Tracks and Undercarriage units completed - essential
- Proven track record of high-level customer support
- The ability to provide accurate and timely advice
- Customer focused, great attention to detail and outstanding problem-solving skills
