Big Ass Fans Sales Representatives will be the first point of contact for Big Ass Fans Clients. The Sales Representative will provide solutions to clients who are seeking our professional input as it relates to airflow in there home.

**Responsibilities**:

- Update customer details and record communications using our CRM system (Salesforce) ensuring data entered is accurate and timely.
- Demonstrate professionalism when dealing with customers and there sensitive information
- Assist with customer walk-in's in Big Ass Fans showroom as and when required

**Requirements**:

- Willingness to learn
- Positive can do attitude
- Comfortable talking on the phone to customers
