Bene Aged Care is currently seeking **compassionate and committed Personal Care Workers (PCWs)** to join our team on a **casual/part-time basis** at our **St Pauls facility in Hahndorf**. **About the Role**

As a Personal Care Worker, you will play an essential role in supporting residents' physical, emotional, and social wellbeing, while upholding their dignity, choice, and independence.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Assisting residents with daily personal care needs including hygiene, grooming, dressing, and mobility
- Providing emotional and social support aligned with individual care plans
- Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' health or behaviour to nursing staff
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Supporting residents' independence, dignity, privacy, and rights
- Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Adhering to infection control, WHS, and organisational policies and procedures

**What We're Looking For**

**Essential**:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
- Previous experience in residential aged care
- Genuine interest in delivering high-quality, person-centred care
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to respectful, compassionate service
- Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
