The Role
We're looking for a motivated, enthusiastic events coordinator with a passion for sustainability to work with our friendly, dynamic team to inspire people around the world to make a better future.

Key/Main Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute events, including conferences, webinars, podcast, and other online events.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure event objectives are met.
Develop event timelines, schedules, and agendas to ensure smooth execution.
Oversee event operations, handling any issues that arise during the event.
Conduct post-event evaluations and reports to assess event success and areas for improvement.
Maintain relationships with speakers, sponsors, and operational team for future collaborations.
Stay updated with event trends and best practices for innovative event planning.
A desire to make a sustainable world and better future for all.
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Events Management, or other relevant field.
At least 2 years of commercial experience in an event management role, or equivalent experience.
Ability to run online events.
Preferred Requirements
Fluency in English (preferred).
Willingness to learn new skills
The ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
The ability to be proactive and self-manage your time.
A self-driven mindset to make a better future for all.
Excellent communication and organisation skills.
Well-developed problem-solving abilities.
