Melbourne, Victoria, Australia Kordamentha Full time

**Company Description**
Since 2002, KordaMentha has been entrusted with some of the region's most complex and sensitive commercial situations. We are an advisory and investment firm at heart, helping corporations, financiers, lawyers, private investors and government clients to grow, protect and recover value.

But we are so much more than that.

Fiercely independent, strategically local, and with a bias for action to get things done, we focus on doing what is right by our clients, our people, and the wider community. Our diverse experience - from finance and real estate to law enforcement and the c-suite - enables us to make a difference for our clients across our service offerings in financial crime, forensic, performance improvement, real estate and restructuring.

We provide bold and impactful solutions delivering growth, certainty, and value. There is strength in difference. And we are different.

As a result of an increase in client requests and associated workloads, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Manager to join our Forensic team, with a focus on fraud, corruption, workplace behaviours and integrity matters. Whilst based in Melbourne, this role offers the opportunity to work on some of the most interesting and high-profile investigations in Australia and the Asia-Pacific region, helping clients in the public and private sectors to navigate sensitive and high-stakes issues with confidence and discretion.

Your role will include:

- Leading and contributing to complex forensic investigations into allegations of fraud, corruption, misconduct, and other integrity breaches.
- Conducting detailed analysis of financial and non-financial records to identify irregularities, red flags, and transactions and patterns of concern.
- Preparing reports and presentations for clients, legal teams, boards, and regulatory bodies.
- Working closely with legal advisors, regulators, and clients to gather evidence, conduct interviews, and develop case strategies.
- Guiding and mentoring junior team members, promoting a supportive, collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Staying up to date with emerging risks, regulatory trends, and forensic technologies and techniques.

**Qualifications**
- Five+ years' experience in forensic accounting, investigations, compliance, audit, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and an inquisitive mindset
- Strong knowledge of fraud and corruption risk indicators, workplace behaviours, and integrity governance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - including in presentations and report writing - with the ability to clearly convey complex findings to a variety of audiences.
- High levels of integrity, discretion and a genuine interest in uncovering the truth.

Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CFE or similar are highly regarded.

You should be willing to contribute to the business development activities of the practice and, in time, to develop your own fields of specialisation and support base of professional contacts.

You thrive on a challenge, and are motivated by delivering the highest standards of client service.

In return, we offer a dynamic, supportive, team oriented, flexible work environment, ongoing learning opportunities through the KordaMentha Business School, competitive remuneration packages, and the opportunity to work with, and learn from, the best in the business.
**Additional Information**

At KordaMentha, we believe there is strength in difference. Our entrepreneurial spirit expands the possibilities for action. We approach situations, challenges, and opportunities with optimism, curiosity, and diversity of thought. We seek novel solutions to problems and encourage unconventional and innovative approaches.
