Senior Forensic Service Manager

This position oversees a specialized forensic service unit responsible for analyzing and interpreting chemical trace evidence in support of criminal investigations and court proceedings.
- Key responsibilities include managing casework, supervising personnel, ensuring quality control measures are implemented, and collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement.
As the leader of this team, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and coordinating activities within the Chemical Trace Unit.
- Leading, developing, and motivating personnel to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Staying up-to-date with relevant technologies and techniques to enhance the effectiveness of the team's work.
- Maintaining effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and mutual understanding.
