Therapy Lab is looking for a Client Experience Officer on a full-time/ part-time basis join our team at Therapy Lab.

ABOUT YOU
- You're a great communicator with both customers and your team.
- You're organised, detail-oriented, and can prioritise multiple incoming tasks.
- You're excited to be a part of a team working hard to achieve the best outcomes for the clients and community.
- You take pride in your work and your environment and show it by being hands on and proactive.
- You have excellent oral, written & communication skills.
- You are fluent in conversational Mandarin/ Chinese (we assist many bilingual families).

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Client Experience Officer to join us in our clinics in Burwood East and Blackburn North. You may be required to work across different sites. This role reports to the Practice Manager.

The role includes various administration tasks / key duties:

- Booking and arranging appointments.
- Account and invoice management, including NDIS, Medicare, and private health.
- Creating client profiles.
- Data entry and reconciliation.
- General office admin, including office supplies procurement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Permanent

**Salary**: $23.00 - $31.00 per hour
