A fantastic opportunity has arisen in one of Australia's most iconic businesses. We have an exciting opportunity for an **Reliability Maintenance Coordinator **at our Huntingwood Facility

This role will play a key role in embedding a safety culture and ensuring collaboration between the Operational, Engineering, Maintenance and Quality teams and that labour is utilised effectively across multiple shifts.

**As the Reliability Maintenance Coordinator** your responsibilities will include:

- Working to ensure materials and parts for major equipment is available on time.
- Planning and scheduling maintenance activities, and assisting with shutdown Planning
- Support production and site activities to optimize productivity and minimize downtime
- Proactively leading Reliability Maintenance plant on site, with full trades crew responsibility
- A strong performance focus in developing and growing Leadership capabilities across shifts

**The ingredients to be successful**:

- Trade certificate or engineering Diploma
- 5 years in a similar role is essential
- Ability to work multiple projects at any one time.
- Builiding / Utility management experience is desirable
- Flebility with working hours is required
- SAP experience is preferred
- The ability to demonstrate leadership experience is required
- Experience in continuous high-speed production processes would be beneficial
