This NSW Government agency is a major service provider who strives to deliver a more consistent and efficient experience within government. We are looking for someone to start ASAP for a 12 month contract paying up to $49.32 / hour + Super. This role is located in Sydney CBD/ WFH

**About the Role**

We are currently seeking to appoint a Marketing and Communications Officer with a leading NSW Government agency to deliver impactful marketing communications to promote and provide information on a wide range of programs and services.

Key accountabilities include:

- Work collaboratively to develop, execute and measure effective marketing communications programs on paid, earned, shared and owned channels.
- Moderate and curate event submissions on the website, including managing requests and queries through a shared inbox, curating program pages and creating editorial content.
- Assist in coordinating the promotion of a multi-channel to businesses and the community.
- Oversee marketing contractors when outsourcing specialist content production requirements such as photography, videography or animation.
- Be a member of project and product teams as required.

**About You**
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business, communications or a related discipline and/or 3+ years of experience in a marketing communications role, content marketing or digital marketing within a large organisation.
- Experience in content creation across a range of channels.
- Experience working with a design team, content team, photographers and videographers.
- Experience in building and managing relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Experience using Content Management Systems to manage website content.
- Basic ability of online design tools such as Canva.
