**About the role**:
Drive uptake of our add-on services through engaging, creative and highly targeted marketing communication campaigns. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Communications, this role will understand what our mortgage broker businesses really want from our services, products and tools and speak in their language to drive adoption.

**The role.**

The Marketing Communications Manager will be tasked with creating and packaging marketing assets to support our value-add suite showing PCF brokers how these services can help them drive better outcomes for customers and their teams.

A newly created role, you'll be focused on adoption activity and be highly outcome driven. You'll find interesting ways to communicate and market our services and be a whiz at internal stakeholder management. You'll be comfortable working and owning projects.

**Your ownership will include**:

- Strategy to drive adoption of all value-add services suite including creating marketing and sales collateral, videos, webinars, communications journeys, testimonials etc. (let your creative juices flow)
- Go Money white label product offering rebrand and adoption
- You'll be our HubSpot journeys expert ensuring we get the most out of the powerful platform (training and support is available)
- Working with our media specialist to push external messages through press releases
- Marketing automation expert and owning the relationship with the third-party provider
- Monthly marketing reporting

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally 8+ years agency or client-side
- Knowledge and expertise in executing marketing and communications campaigns across all mediums
- Social media experience (reporting and engagement)
- Digital marketing experience
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), EDM tools (e.g. Mailchimp) and/or marketing automation platforms (e.g. Hubspot)
- Experience analysing marketing/communications data and results
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple stakeholders and understand their needs
- ** Desirable but not essential**:

- Experience within financial and or property sectors
- Experience working in a franchise business
