- Solid experience as a Business Analyst across industries, such as Not-for-Profit, Government, Aged Care, Health, or Education is even better
- Proficiency in Agile, SCRUM and traditional Business Analyst capabilities such as functional/technical requirements gathering or process improvement.
- Excellent communication skills with a passion for stakeholder management
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, BPMN, or other process tools.
- Bonus points for CRM and/or Salesforce experience or qualifications.
- Communication: Your ability to articulate complex ideas and build rapport is second to none.
- Analytical Thinking: You possess a sharp mind and can dissect problems to find innovative solutions.
- Critical Thinking: You're a natural problem solver, able to evaluate situations from multiple angles.
- Group Facilitation: You thrive in group settings, inspiring collaboration and productive discussions.
- Relationship Building: Building strong connections with clients and colleagues is at the core of your success.
