OverviewReporting to the Head of Finance, the Acctg Ops Accountant (FP&A) will be responsible for key managing key FP&A processes including close, forecast, AOP, long-term strategic planning.
ResponsibilitiesManages key FP&A processes including close, forecast, AOP, long-term strategic planningProvide financial analysis relating to operating cost (Sales & Distribution, Advertising & Marketing, General & Administrative) and commercial spendReporting and analysis including periodic reporting, periodic forecast analysis and deck preparationManages NOPBT cause-of-change deliverablesWork with cross-functional teams to manage and influence P&L expectationsPartners with project teams to implement new process and new tool to ensure the compliance with the Group standardsProvide ad-hoc projects and analysis as requested.
QualificationsBachelor's Degree Required (Finance or Business Administration preferred)MBA preferred7 years+ of practical exposure, ideally with experience in some of the following areas: Financial Planning and Analysis, evaluating business performance, Financial Accounting and Control.
Field or Functional finance experience is a plus (e.g. Marketing, Sales, R&D, Operations, Procurement etc.)
