We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic, Customer Service Representative (Internal) to partner with our customers to ensure they get the right part, to the right place, at the right time. This is a fast-paced and challenging role within an organisation that is leading the way within the Automotive Repair market.

**About the role**
The primary role of our Customer Service Representative is to:
- Provide a high-level service to our customers, efficiently managing their parts enquiries, requests, and quotes, through to customer delivery.
- Manage an efficient phone service, answer all calls, and provide a professional and effective customer experience.
- Respond to customer escalations, order allocation, part profile & inventory records.
- Maintain departmental KPI's and focus on continuous improvement.
