Handyman / Maintenance Manager

PT Role, 20-25 hours per week

Quest on William is a 50 rooms property located in Melbourne CBD. The property opened in 1998.

At Quest on William, we're on the lookout for a new **Handyman **to join its team on a casual/part time/full time basis working 20-25 hours per week.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on the venue's facilities, including but not limited to, walls, floors, electrical, plumbing, and fixtures
- Manage ad-hoc tasks as needed, including setting up equipment, painting, and general repairs.
- Work collaboratively with the management team and other staff members to ensure the venue is safe, well-maintained, and meets all relevant health and safety requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a handyman, with a good understanding of maintenance and repair procedures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A good attitude and a willingness to work collaboratively with others.
- A high level of attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
- Police Check

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
