About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Community Associate/Corporate Concierge who will be part of a team responsible for managing the daily operations of the operations team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of members satisfaction.

This full-time position is based in North Sydney or Sydney CBD and reports directly to the Community Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Be the first and last point of contact for any members and visitors as the ambassador of The Work Project
- Oversee the management of the front desk, including move-in/move-out processes
- Ensure that the team provides exceptional customer service and meets members needs and requests.
- Monitor members feedback and implement improvements to ensure high members satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and member experiences
- Assist in the sale of additional member services
- Assist in events such as set-up, breakdown and F&B catering

About you
- Experienced in the flexible workspace and hospitality sector
- Passionate in providing exceptional customer service experience
- Good interpersonal skills in liaising with internal customers and external vendors
- Meticulous, good initiatives at work and result oriented
- Self-motivated, able to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities and duties
- Basic experience in MS Words, Excel and Power point
- Able to work in fast pace environment
- A team player
- All applicants must be Australian permanent resident or citizen.
- Basic sales experience is preferred
