**THE OPPORTUNITY**
Our client manage and operate a soon-to-expand maritime facility in a key location on the coast of North West WA. They require an energetic, proactive and highly motivated team player to become their Office Manager at their head office in Cottesloe.

**THE ROLE**
It will be a fast-paced role, working as an essential part of a dynamic, professional and positive team. You will provide key support to the corporate team, whilst ensuring the day to day operations of the office run seamlessly for all team members and clients alike.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Prioritising and providing a professional first point of contact for clients, contractors and staff
- Providing high level Executive and Personal Assistance to the corporate team, including impeccable diary and schedule management
- Maintaining clear and open communications between all members of the head office and remote marine base
- Building, adjusting and communicating rosters in a time critical manner
- Planning and coordinating events and client meetings and maintaining meeting minutes
- Overseeing the maintenance of the office facility; ensuring supplies are ordered as required, meeting spaces are kept to an impeccable standards, and contractors are arranged where necessary
