We're seeking an experienced and compassionate **Practice team Leader** to guide our multidisciplinary team in delivering trauma-informed, recovery-orientated mental health support. If you're passionate about leading with purpose in a values-driven organisation, we'd love to hear from you.
***About the role**
- Lead and supervise a dedicated team of Psychologists, Social Workers, and Mental Health Practitioners.
- Champion an inclusive and reflective team culture rooted in trauma-informed and recovery-oriented practice.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of our Drop-In service, in collaboration with the Peer Team Leader.
- Ensure effective use of Outcome Tools (e.g. K10), Recovery Plans, and Risk Assessments.
- Support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services to our guests.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across Communify, partner organisations, and clinical providers.
- Contribute to service quality through risk management, internal audits, and continuous improvement aligned with NSQMHCMO standards.
- Assist with reporting and accountability to funding bodies.

**About You**
- Tertiary qualifications in Social Work or Allied Health and relevant registration.
- Relevant experience in mental health (leadership experience highly regarded).
- Proven ability to deliver and oversee participant support.
- Strong team player with experience in multidisciplinary environments.

**Essential Requirements**
**- A current open QLD driver's license.
- Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening (or the ability to obtain one).
